For companies that are thinking of having an online shop in addition to their current method of trading or want to test the market without having to take the risk of buying an online shop can rent.

This will also be beneficial to companies that want to close their business but need to sell their products without committing to another years rent and insurance and so on.

Rental Price

£1000 for initial 6 months

£500 per quarter there after

The rental shops are bespoke, tailor made to your specifications, they are not poor quality templated ecommerce sites as provided by some of our competitors. The  rental shops come with the same CMS and are no different to the shops we sell other than the fact you are renting as opposed to buying.

The design of the shop is free within reason. We will design your shop to a high standard and will include one flash banner. Any extra specialist design will incur minimal fee's.

Minimum 6 month contract payable in advance then quarterly in advance, should the client wish to terminate the contract one months notice is required to secure rebate if partway through quarter (No rebate in initial 6 months unless shop is purchased).

RIGHT TO BUY:  Clients have the right to buy their shop at any stage during rental with a 75% rebate (on any rent paid up until date of purchase).

example: 6 months rent £1000, if shop was then purchased at the end of the 6 month then £750 would be rebated or deducted from the shop cost price, which ever you choose.
